If you move out without providing notice, you remain responsible for the rent.

All contracts are in effect for a period of 10 months, from February to November, unless otherwise stated. 

Please consult your rental agreement for a thorough explanation. If you wish to relocate or cancel, a two-month notice is obligatory. For example, if you plan to move into new premises on the 1st of April, notice must be given no later than the 1st of February. 

Please bear in mind that relocation or cancellation can only be undertaken up to the 30th of June, 2025. This is due to funding limitations that only permit relocation until the start of the second semester. 

A maximum of 2 relocations per year is allowed.
